Operations Theatre Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage OT workflows and surgical coordination.
• Oversee sterilization, infection control, and OT scheduling.
• Lead OT teams, and manage equipment, consumables, audits, and patient safety compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Hospital Management, or OT Management is required.
• Valid Nursing Council of Kenya registration is preferred for nurse managers.
• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in operation theatre services with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in OT workflow management, surgical coordination, sterilization, and infection control.
• Experience managing OT teams, equipment, consumables, audits, and patient safety compliance.
