The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operational processes, ensuring efficient services, and managing resources to optimize workflows. The role demands effective communication and strong organizational capabilities to facilitate smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational processes and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage resources to optimize business workflows.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, including Central Bank regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to oversee and improve operational processes.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members and various stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Finance and financial processes within a banking or microfinance context.
• Prior experience in financial services or operations management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Central Bank regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
