Talent Grid Africa is a regional consulting firm that partners with leaders in business to handle the complexities of hiring the right talent, engaging them in the right way, improving performance, and retaining top talent. This position sits at the center of operations, supporting six critical departments: Coconut Sourcing, Logistics, Research & Development (R&D), Quality Control, Production, and Certifications. The role focuses on ensuring alignment, efficiency, and measurable performance improvement across the organization. Working directly under the guidance of the COO, the successful candidate will take ownership of cross-functional projects, monitor performance initiatives, evaluate workforce deployment, and identify operational gaps that impact productivity, cost, and quality.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Improving factory productivity and workforce optimization.\n* Researching and proposing equipment enhancements.\n* Conducting field visits to identify sourcing and logistics challenges.\n* Supporting performance tracking of major operational initiatives.\n* Reviewing internal documentation and customer-facing materials.\n* Ensuring technology tools are fully utilized for operational effectiveness.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n* A minimum of 5 years’ experience with demonstrated project ownership.\n* A BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.\n* Advanced Excel proficiency and strong data analysis skills.\n* Highly organized and deadline-driven mindset.\n* Excellent professional communication skills for findings and recommendations.\n* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested candidates should send their applications to:
