The Officer, Business Process Automation role is designed to identify, analyze, redesign, and automate business processes across Operations and Business units. By leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools, the officer will improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, redesign, and automate business processes across Operations and Business units.
Leverage data-driven insights and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to map and model processes.
Develop and implement automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Build data visualization dashboards (Power BI) to track process performance.
Qualifications and Education
Education: First Degree in IT, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in process engineering, automation, or data analysis.
Project Experience: Direct experience with digital transformation or workflow automation projects.
Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage)
Microsoft Power Platform certifications
Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
Data analytics certifications
Project Management (Agile or PMP fundamentals)
