Job Description
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is the National Prosecuting Authority in Kenya, established under Article 157 of the Constitution. We are currently seeking to recruit qualified and dedicated individuals for the position of Office Assistant III. This role is fundamental to ensuring the smooth operation of our offices through maintenance of hygiene and logistical support.
Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following duties:
Waste Management: Collecting and disposing of waste to maintain a clean and sanitary office environment.
Office Organization: Arranging office equipment and furniture to facilitate efficient operations.
Mail Services: Dispatching mail both within and outside the office premises in a timely manner.
Documentation Support: Assisting in the preparation and handling of office and court documents as required.
Requirements for Appointment
To be eligible for this position, a candidate must:
Possess a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a mean grade of D+ (plus).
Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 (Leadership and Integrity).
