Jodan College of Technology is seeking qualified and experienced Nursing Tutors to join its institution in Thika. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and training to students in accordance with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver theoretical and practical instruction in nursing in alignment with the NCK curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and learning resources.
Evaluate student progress through regular coursework, assignments, and assessments.
Guide and mentor students to prepare them for professional clinical practice.
Maintain accurate academic records and report on student performance.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a related qualification.
Over two years of training experience.
Ability to train NCK Curriculum effectively.
Pedagogy certification is an added advantage.
