Job Description The Multi-Site Project Manager - Oil & Gas is responsible for leading and delivering rebranding, light works, and shop projects across multiple retail stations in accordance with brand standards and organizational policies. The role ensures that all retail stations meet required standards for tank integrity, product line safety, branding compliance, and automation functionality. This includes managing projects ranging from dealership rebranding to heavy modernization and new station developments while maintaining strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, Quality (HSEQ) standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Lead and deliver rebranding, light works, and shop projects across multiple retail stations.
Ensure all retail stations meet required standards for tank integrity, product line safety, branding compliance, and automation functionality.
Manage projects including dealership rebranding, heavy modernization, and new station developments.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance.
Coordinate project milestones and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Health, Safety, Environment, Quality & Security (HSEQ)
Champion HSEQ standards and ISO 9001 compliance across all project activities.
Ensure contractors fully implement company safety and environmental policies.
Conduct and coordinate safety training programs for project engineers and contractors.
Analyze project data to identify improvement opportunities and develop corrective action plans.
Ensure all projects comply with company HSEQ standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Prepare and submit monthly progress reports on rebranding, acoustic testing, automation, and shop projects.
Monitor and analyze project performance against budget and timelines.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including cost variance, project progress, and completion schedules.
Provide timely feedback on deficiencies and required improvements.
Present findings and recommendations to executive management.
Financial Management
Participate in project scoping and cost estimation with project engineers and quantity surveyors.
Review and validate project costs for viability before approval.
Approve invoices and work completion certificates within designated authority.
Conduct monthly budget analysis against planned expenditure.
Coordinate development of annual capital expenditure budgets.
Regulatory Compliance
Maintain a comprehensive database of regulatory licenses, permits, site layouts, and project reports.
Ensure all active projects maintain compliance with applicable permits and licenses.
Coordinate internal and external engineering project audits.
People Management
Lead, motivate, and coach project team members to deliver outstanding performance.
Monitor individual KPIs and provide regular performance feedback.
Develop training matrices and ensure implementation according to plan.
Ensure work-life balance within the team and effective leave management.
Provide guidance and mentorship to subordinates and cross-functional team members.

Budget variance reports (Actual Cost vs. Planned Budget).
Project tracking metrics (Cost, Progress, Timeline adherence).
Number of stations successfully upgraded and rebranded.
Branding site completion reports.
Fuel Management System (FMS) installation and operational compliance.
Tank inspection reports and repair action plans.
ISO audit findings and compliance rates.
Technical audit implementation status.
Safety incident reports and corrective actions.
Staff performance management completion rate.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil Engineering).
Experience: Minimum 6 years in engineering project planning or related supervisory roles.
Project Management: Proven track record in managing multi-site infrastructure projects.
Licensing: Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Knowledge of petroleum retail operations.
