Job Description
This role is for a Motorbike Rider based in Nairobi. The primary responsibility is to safely operate a company-provided motorbike to efficiently carry out delivery and pickup duties across Nairobi and its environs, while ensuring the vehicle is well maintained. The hiring company, Summit HR & Marketing Consulting, provides comprehensive HR consulting services, and this role supports their operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate company-provided motorbike to perform assigned duties.
Ensure timely deliveries and pickups across Nairobi and its environs.
Maintain the motorbike in good condition and report any issues promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Qualification: Diploma.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of riding experience specifically within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
Licensing & Documentation:
Valid motorcycle driving license.
Certificate of Good Conduct (mandatory).
Knowledge & Attributes:
Strong knowledge of Nairobi routes and traffic regulations.
Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious demeanor.
Ability to provide at least 3 referees for background verification.
