The Mobile Education Program Officer at AIC Kijabe Hospital is responsible for managing and coordinating clinical education and mobile training programs. Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Program management, medical education, or a relevant clinical field such as Nursing or Clinical Medicine)
Master's Degree in Public Health, Health Systems, Medical Education, or a related field preferred
Minimum five (5) years in programme management, clinical education, or global health
Experience working in LMIC Health Systems
Registration with relevant professional body if clinically trained (e.g., KMPDC, COC, NCK)
Valid practicing license
Experience in simulation-based education and training systems
