Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate patient files, including vital signs, medication charts (e.g., magnesium sulphate, oxytocin), blood transfusion logs, and fluid input/output monitoring.
Hygiene & Sterilization: Adhere to MSF hygiene and sterilization criteria and maintain biomedical equipment according to user manuals and protocols.
Pharmacy & Stock Management: Monitor and guarantee a regular supply of drugs and medical equipment required for maternity activities, ensuring pharmacy stock levels are updated.
Collaboration: Assist medical doctors during examinations and inpatient rounds; collaborate with Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs) and Community Health Workers (CHWs) for community referrals.
