The Merchandiser for Cosmetics, Skin & Hair Care will ensure effective in-store execution of cosmetic, skincare, and haircare products by maintaining optimal product visibility, availability, and presentation in line with brand standards, ultimately driving sales and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Arrange and replenish products on shelves, stands, and displays according to planograms.
Ensure products are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
Set up promotional displays, testers, and point-of-sale materials.
Monitor stock levels in-store and backroom; ensure timely replenishment.
Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and report stock-outs.
Check product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items.
Engage customers by providing basic product information and guidance.
Support in upselling and cross-selling skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.
Ensure all displays meet brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
Maintain consistency in product placement and promotional messaging.
Submit daily/weekly reports on stock levels, sales trends, and merchandising activities.
Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty retail merchandising is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.
