Harley’s Limited is seeking to recruit a Medical Training Assistant (Intern) to join the Medical Training/Business Development Department. This is a 6-month fixed-term internship opportunity designed for a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) graduate awaiting government internship placement. The internship offers hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical medical education, webinar coordination and medical training operations.
The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, administration and monitoring of medical and scientific training programs for both internal teams and external healthcare professionals, including Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Technologists working in retail and wholesale pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
Medical Webinars: Prepare and deliver medical education webinars for Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Technologists, covering disease areas, product science and rational medicine use, while supporting engagement and follow-up activities.
Internal Medical Knowledge Delivery: Develop and present medical and product training sessions for Medical Sales Representatives, translating scientific information into practical learning content.
Medical Training Content & Library Support: Assist in developing, updating and organizing medical training materials, ensuring scientific accuracy, proper version control and easy accessibility.
Coaching & Documentation Tracking: Monitor submission and completion of coaching forms and role-play documentation, maintain tracking records and prepare monthly compliance summaries.
Training Administration & Support: Coordinate virtual and physical training sessions, track attendance and participation and assist in preparing training reports for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) graduate awaiting government internship posting (Ministry of Health/PPB).
Strong understanding of pharmacology, disease pathophysiology and the clinical application of medicines.
Demonstrated interest in medical education and professional training.
Confident in delivering presentations to internal teams and external healthcare professionals.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and virtual webinar platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and highly organised approach to work.
Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, adaptability and a willingness to learn, while maintaining ethical and scientifically rigorous standards when engaging with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
