Role Overview
Jordan Hospital is seeking a qualified, dedicated, and licensed Medical Laboratory Technologist to perform diagnostic tests and analyses, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution (KMLTTB accredited).
Registration Certificate and valid practicing license issued by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB).
Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in a busy hospital laboratory.
Proficient in clinical laboratory practices and equipment handling.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer care skills.
Demonstrated commitment to high standards of patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Computer literacy with a certificate in computer applications.
