What This Role Is About
You will be trained and deployed into real sales and marketing work, with a strong focus on:
Event delegate sales
Membership growth support
Client engagement and follow-ups
You will be expected to sell, follow up, close, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Deliver)
Drive event delegate sales through structured outreach and follow-ups
Support membership recruitment and renewals
Build and maintain a sales pipeline (leads → conversion)
Assist in sponsorship prospecting and proposal follow-ups
Support event marketing campaigns and client experience
Contribute to post-event feedback and conversion improvement
Who We Are Looking For
Comfortable with targets, numbers, and rejection
Naturally persuasive and confident in conversations
Disciplined with follow-ups (you don't disappear after one call)
Curious, coachable, and hungry to grow
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Bonus: Have exposure to sales, marketing, or business development
Bonus: Understand CRM tools or are willing to learn fast
Qualifications
Must have at least a BA/BSc/HND degree.
