Job Description

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, increase customer engagement, and support tenant performance across both traditional and digital platforms. This role is pivotal in democratizing access to technology for SMEs and driving market access through strategic campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage a comprehensive campaigns and events calendar.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Brand Management & Advertising
Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels.
Oversee ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) advertising initiatives.
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies on creative development and signage production.
Promotions, Events & Activations
Plan and execute engaging events, promotions, and activations that enhance customer experience and increase tenant revenue.
Lead CSR activities and community engagement programs to strengthen brand presence.
Digital Marketing
Manage and grow the organization's digital presence.
Develop and execute digital campaigns to drive engagement and traffic.
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and key partners, gathering and incorporating their feedback into marketing initiatives.
Develop and nurture partnerships with media, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
Budgeting & Reporting
Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking campaign ROI and overall marketing performance.
Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance to the General Manager and Board as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing or brand management.
Prior experience in retail, malls, or other consumer-facing industries is highly preferred.
Proven track record in campaign management, events execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
