Job Description
Job Purpose
The Marketing Executives will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company’s products, drive brand awareness, and generate leads within the construction and real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Product Promotion: Promote the company’s products to target audiences including developers, contractors, and homeowners.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and online engagement.
Event Coordination: Coordinate events, exhibitions, and product activations.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
Collateral Development: Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance and marketing ROI.
Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to generate and convert leads.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing or a related field.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in construction, real estate, or consumer products marketing is an added advantage.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
