Job Description
Skills Geographic Kenya (SGK), a leading Human Resource Management consultancy, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead multi-channel marketing efforts within Kenya and the East African region. The role focuses on promoting products and services through coordinated digital and traditional campaigns, specifically targeting B2B environments in the manufacturing, printing, and packaging sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and coordinate comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Update and manage digital platforms including the company website, social media profiles, and email marketing systems.
Create high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, product sheets, newsletters, and presentations.
Support sales initiatives by providing lead generation tools and customer engagement strategies.
Track and report on performance metrics, including ROI and lead conversion rates, to assess campaign effectiveness.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities within the print and packaging sectors.
Organize and manage regional exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communication.
Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and printers as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Certification: Professional certification in digital marketing is required.
Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, preferably within the printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills: Basic graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email platforms.
Competencies: Proven track record in executing social media, email, and SEO/SEM campaigns; strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics.
