Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Update and manage digital platforms including the company website, social media profiles, and email marketing systems.
• Create high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, product sheets, newsletters, and presentations.
• Support sales initiatives by providing lead generation tools and customer engagement strategies.
• Track and report on performance metrics, including ROI and lead conversion rates, to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities within the print and packaging sectors.
• Organize and manage regional exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
• Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communication.
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and printers as necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Certification: Professional certification in digital marketing is required.
• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, preferably within the printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Basic graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email platforms.
• Competencies: Proven track record in executing social media, email, and SEO/SEM campaigns; strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics.
