Job Description
The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various networks including physical and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, hands-on design skills, and expertise in implementing marketing and communications strategies as well as social media management. The company has a portfolio of brands that all have their own specific customer segments; each brand needs dedicated attention to grow visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the marketing strategic plan, including project timelines and measurable KPIs.
Drive growth in online and direct sales through targeted digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
Design and produce in-house marketing materials (banners, POS, menus, postcards) in line with brand guidelines.
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, digital advertising, and SEO.
Implement and manage the CRM program, overseeing the customer database, email marketing, and customer touchpoints to support loyalty initiatives.
Manage and monitor marketing budgets and campaign performance, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable ROI.
Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with key retail partners, such as distributors and major retail outlets.
Coordinate with external suppliers and partners (e.g., website developers, designers, photographers) and provide performance reports on marketing campaigns and website metrics.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing or digital media.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across different business verticals.
Stakeholder management experience, working effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Content marketing expertise, including content creation, curation, and brand-aligned copywriting.
Strong analytical and data management skills, including use of tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Analytics.
Digital marketing channel expertise, including email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, video marketing (YouTube, TikTok), and social media.
Creative and technical marketing skills, including competitive analysis, conversion rate optimization, and basic visual/graphic design.
