Job Description
Pearl Hospital, located in Nyahururu town, Laikipia County, is seeking a creative and hands-on Marketing Assistant to support digital content creation and field marketing activities. This role is suited for someone enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to produce quality content.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content
Create short videos and photos for social media using a smartphone
Assist in editing videos using simple tools
Draft captions and posts based on guidance
Support execution of a weekly content plan
Social Media Support
Post approved content on hospital platforms
Respond to basic inquiries under guidance
Track simple metrics such as views and engagement
Field Marketing
Support community outreach activities and medical camps
Capture photos and videos during events
Assist in distribution of marketing materials
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
Video recording and editing skills
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
Good communication skills
