Job Description

Started in 2008, we offer Craft, Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses ranging from technical, business, and hospitality.

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Assistant to join our team in Thika. The successful candidate will support marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and promote the institution's programs and brand.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.
At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the higher learning institution sector.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, paid ads, social media management, and content creation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Creative thinker with strong storytelling and branding capability.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
Photography, videography, and graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are an added advantage.
A self-driven individual with high energy, integrity, and passion for education marketing.
