Responsibilities

• Promote Milestone Institute programs and courses in your assigned area.
• Identify and reach out to prospective students.
• Organize and actively participate in student recruitment activities.
• Provide accurate, detailed information about the institute and its offerings.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with potential prospects.
• Achieve the assigned recruitment targets.
• Submit regular progress reports and localized market feedback.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in any field (Higher education is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong familiarity with the local area and the target audience.
• Previous experience in marketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Must possess a valid means of identification and a smartphone.
