About the Role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Marketing Agents in Kericho. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the institute's programs and driving student enrollment within your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Milestone Institute programs and courses in your assigned area.
Identify and reach prospective students.
Organize and attend recruitment activities.
Provide accurate information about the institute.
Maintain strong relationships with prospects.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets.
Submit regular reports and market feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in any field (Higher education is an added advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the local area and target audience.
Previous experience in marketing or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
