Job Description
Milestone Institute of Medical & Health Sciences is seeking to recruit self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Agents to promote the institute's academic programs and courses within Kwale. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and strong knowledge of the local area and target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Milestone Institute programs and courses in your assigned area.
Identify and reach prospective students.
Organize and attend recruitment activities.
Provide accurate information about the institute.
Maintain strong relationships with prospects.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets.
Submit regular reports and market feedback.
Requirements and Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in any field (Higher education is an added advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the local area and target audience.
Previous experience in marketing or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Valid means of identification and a smartphone.
