Job Description
The Milestone Institute of Medical & Health Sciences is a leading educational institution in Kenya dedicated to providing exceptional academic programs in healthcare and medical fields.
We are seeking self-motivated and target-driven Marketing Agents to promote our academic programs and courses within the Kiambu area. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying prospective students, building strong relationships, and representing our institution in recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
Promote Milestone Institute programs and courses in your assigned area
Identify and reach prospective students
Organize and attend recruitment activities
Provide accurate information about the institute
Maintain strong relationships with prospects
Achieve assigned recruitment targets
Submit regular reports and market feedback
Requirements & Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in any field (Higher education is an added advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with the local area and target audience
Previous experience in marketing or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and professionalism
Valid means of identification and a smartphone
