Key Responsibilities

• Promote Milestone Institute programs and courses in your assigned area
• Identify and reach prospective students
• Organize and attend recruitment activities
• Provide accurate information about the institute
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets
• Submit regular reports and market feedback

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in any field (Higher education is an added advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the local area and target audience
• Previous experience in marketing or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Valid means of identification and a smartphone
