Responsibilities

• Promote Milestone Institute programs and courses in your assigned area.
• Identify and reach prospective students.
• Organize and attend recruitment activities.
• Provide accurate information about the institute.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets.
• Submit regular reports and market feedback.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in any field (Higher education is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the local area and target audience.
• Previous experience in marketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Must possess a valid means of identification and a smartphone.
