Noblestride Capital is a financial services firm offering corporate and strategic advisory, as well as capital raising services to SMEs. We are seeking a Manager for Corporate Valuations & Advisory to lead our valuation practice. The successful candidate will manage deliverables, review models, engage clients, and perform financial modelling for a wide range of clients and sectors. This role also involves providing valuation advice for financial reporting and tax purposes, supporting transaction processes, and preparing independent expert reports.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the valuation practice, manage deliverables, review models, and engage clients.
Perform financial modelling and business valuation for a wide range of clients and sectors.
Provide valuation advice for financial reporting and tax-related purposes.
Support transaction processes with deal value assessments, cost of capital analysis, and capital management advice.
Prepare independent expert reports and fairness opinions for business owners regarding proposed transactions, divestitures, transfer of shares into trustees, borrowings etc.
Conduct portfolio company reviews to enhance business performance, investment decision or exit decisions for holding companies, VC and PE firms.
Preparation of investor pitch decks including teasers, information memorandum etc.
Conducting both buyside and vendor due diligence.
Deal origination and pipeline development.
Coach and develop junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements and Attributes
A bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, financial engineering or actuarial science.
At least four (4) years’ experience in corporate finance advisory role with hands-on experience in financial modelling, valuation and due diligence.
Detail oriented, strong interpersonal skills and able to provide insights to experienced business owners and industry leaders through in-depth interpretation of company financials and macro-economic data.
Agile, able to deal with ambiguity, and deliver quality output in an unstructured work environment.
Proof of completion or ongoing pursuit of a professional course such as CIFA, CPA or CFA will be an added advantage.
Remuneration
A competitive fixed salary.
A share of success fees on all closed deals worked on.
