Vista Management Consultants Limited is seeking a qualified Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations, lead staff, and drive business efficiency in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments
Lead, train, and supervise staff to deliver excellent service
Ensure high guest satisfaction and handle escalated concerns
Manage budgets, costs, and overall financial performance
Maintain quality, hygiene, and health and safety standards
Coordinate with sales and marketing to drive occupancy
Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and procurement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a relevant equivalent course.
