Mwananchi Credit Limited is seeking a proven Team Leader in financial services with a track record of driving performance and building winning teams. This role involves leading regional growth at the Mombasa Branch, generating high-quality leads, and mentoring thriving sales units to achieve monthly acquisition targets and grow a sustainable loan portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Supervise and inspire a team of at least 10 active marketers or sales representatives.
Target Achievement: Achieve monthly acquisition targets and grow a strong, sustainable logbook loan portfolio.
Field Activities: Conduct field activations and strategic client outreach initiatives.
Operations & Compliance: Monitor documentation workflows, ensuring compliance and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Leadership: Cultivate branch-level leadership and uphold Mwananchi’s service excellence standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).
Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in logbook loans, asset-based financing, or microcredit services.
Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and manage high-output sales teams.
Performance: A consistent record of portfolio growth, lead conversion, and retention.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and performance reporting skills.
Integrity: A leadership mindset grounded in integrity and accountability.
