Logbook Team Leader - Kitengela Branch

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of at least 10 active marketers or sales representatives to ensure peak performance.
• Achieve monthly acquisition targets and focus on growing a strong, sustainable loan portfolio.
• Conduct field activations and implement strategic client outreach initiatives to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Monitor documentation workflows to ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Cultivate branch-level leadership and consistently uphold Mwananchi’s standards for service excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• A degree or higher diploma (BA/BSc/HND) from a recognized institution.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in logbook loans, asset-based financing, or microcredit services.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and effectively manage high-output sales teams.
• A consistent record of portfolio growth, successful lead conversion, and client retention.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and performance reporting skills.
• A leadership mindset grounded in integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
