Job Description
This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, SARV Management Pty Ltd. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of service and ensure an exceptional guest journey.
Operation Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge or resort facility.
Team Leadership and People Management: Provide leadership and direction to the lodge staff.
Financial Management: Manage the property's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
Conservation and Sustainability: Implement and oversee environmental conservation and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.
3 years and above experience as a Lodge Manager, Hotel Manager, or Rooms Division Manager in a luxury camp or resort.
Prior experience in Marriott luxury hotels, camps, or resorts is preferred.
Specific experience in lodge and resort management is essential.
