Job Description
Clara Rosa Hospital is a contemporary 30-bed institution in Nairobi's Utawala area staffed by experts and medical professionals. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Officer to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care across outpatient and inpatient settings while contributing to the hospital's mission of patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
Conduct patient assessments and formulate care plans.
Prescribe appropriate treatment, investigations, and referrals.
Provide emergency care and support inpatient management.
Document patient information accurately in the hospital system.
Ensure adherence to infection prevention and clinical guidelines.
Participate in clinical audits and continuous medical education.
Collaborate with nursing, lab, pharmacy, and other departments for coordinated care.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution.
Registered and licensed by the Clinical Officers Council of Kenya.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (internship acceptable).
Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
