Role Overview
We are looking for a self-driven and target-oriented Loan Officer to be based in Kiambu. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, growing the loan portfolio, and managing relationships with clients to deliver fast and secure credit services.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell working capital loans to individuals, small businesses, and smallholder farmers.
Grow and effectively manage the company's loan portfolio in the Kiambu region.
Deliver high-quality customer service and manage relationship portfolios.
Maintain excellent communication with borrowers and follow up on loan repayments.
Requirements and Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND) in any business-related discipline.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Proven ability to grow and manage a loan portfolio.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
