This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Life Assurance Agent based in Mombasa. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, selling life assurance products, and providing expert guidance on suitable insurance options. The role involves representing APA Life Assurance’s commitment to protecting generations and delivering reliable financial solutions through excellent customer service and relationship management.

Requirements and Qualifications
Must hold a BA/BSc/HND degree.
Proven experience and knowledge in Insurance Sales and Insurance products.
Familiarity with Insurance Brokerage and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Understanding of Finance principles, budgeting, and financial planning.
Strong Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
Currently licensed as a Life Assurance Agent with all relevant certifications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is considered an added advantage.
