Mama Ngina University College (MNUC) is seeking a qualified academic professional for the position of Lecturer in Nursing - Critical Care and Nephrology.
Person Specifications & Qualifications
An earned Ph.D. or equivalent Doctoral degree in Critical Care and Nephrology, Nursing Education, Mental Health & Psychiatry Nursing or its equivalent from an accredited and recognized University;
OR
Hold a Master’s degree in Critical Care and Nephrology, Nursing Education, Mental Health & Psychiatry Nursing or its equivalent from an accredited and recognized University with at least three (3) years teaching experience at University level or in research or in industry;
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited and recognized University;
A minimum of 24 publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papers;
Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya and have a valid practice license;
Proficiency in computer applications;
Progress towards completion of PhD will be an added advantage.

Employment for this position will be on permanent and pensionable terms, remunerated as per the Inter Public University Councils Consultative Forum (IPUCCF) and 2021-2025 CBA approved salary rates.
