The role of Lecturer II - Wildlife (ADVERT REF. NO. WRTI/08/2026) at the Wildlife Research and Training Institute (WRTI) is crucial for advancing wildlife conservation and management capabilities in line with the National Wildlife Policy 2020 and WCMA 2013 section 52(g) (h) (i).
To provide technical input in training and capacity development programmes and courses in wildlife conservation and management and related disciplines, leading to the award of diplomas and certificates.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Wildlife Management and Conservation, Wildlife Management, Wildlife Enterprise and Management, Environmental Sciences, Conservation Biology, Natural Resource Management, Range Management, Applied Biology, Fisheries and Aquaculture; or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
The applications must reach the Wildlife Research and Training Institute on or before 9th February, 2026 by close of business.
