Egerton University is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Lecturer Grade 12 (Agricultural Economics) under reference EU/ARE/2026/0705. This role involves teaching, research, and academic development in the field of Agricultural Economics.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following academic and professional requirements:
An earned PhD in Agricultural Economics from a recognised university.
OR
A Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from a recognized University.
At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level or within research/industry.
A minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points as a Lecturer or equivalent, of which at least sixteen (16) must be from refereed scholarly journals.
Registration with the relevant professional body (where applicable).
