Lecturer Grade 12 (Agribusiness Management)

Egerton University is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced academic for the position of Lecturer Grade 12 in Agribusiness Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, conducting research, and providing academic leadership within the Agribusiness Management discipline.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

Applicants MUST have the following academic/professional qualifications and requirements:

• An earned Ph.D. in Agribusiness Management from a recognised university.

OR

• A Master’s degree in Agribusiness from a recognized University.
• Have at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level or in research/industry.
• Have a minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points as a Lecturer or equivalent, of which at least sixteen (16) must be from refereed scholarly journals.
• Be registered with the relevant professional body (where applicable).

Salary Scale

• Lecturer Grade 12: Kshs. 121,928.00 – Kshs. 187,710.00
