Role Overview
NTT Ltd. is seeking a Learner Client Project Manager (Associate Client Project Manager) for a Fixed Term Contract. This is an entry-level position within the Client Implementation Project Management team at NTT DATA. The role involves leading and directing concurrent standard client projects and potentially supporting larger-scale projects under the supervision of a Senior Project or Program Manager. The primary focus is to interface with stakeholders to guide projects from initial concept through to final implementation and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from original concept through to final implementation, ensuring they meet client requirements and timelines.
Delivery and Quality Assurance: Ensure projects deliver the 'as-sold' solution, stay within budget, meet quality criteria, and achieve high client satisfaction.
Stakeholder and Escalation Management: Manage client expectations and service levels while adequately handling any escalations.
Operations and Performance: Act as an Independent Contributor (IC) managing service relationships; establish, monitor, and report on Service Delivery Reports and Service Improvement Plans.
Change Management: Receive and manage change requests related to the Statement of Work (SOW) and agreements, including adding configuration items or IT services.
Meeting and Reporting: Handle meeting management with clients and provide regular reporting on operations performance.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Certifications: Relevant project management certifications are considered an added advantage.
Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in Project Management or Service Delivery, preferably within the IT industry.
Sector Knowledge: Experience in delivering IT services and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Technical and Soft Skills
Proficiency in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines for service delivery.
Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent client-centricity and the ability to work at client sites.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Capability to work in high-pressure environments and manage urgent tasks simultaneously.
Self-driven, decisive, and detail-oriented with a commitment to success.
Assertive approach with skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
