Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL) is seeking a qualified Laboratory Technologist. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the healthcare system by performing laboratory investigations and diagnostic tests that directly support clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions. This position ensures the delivery of accurate and timely lab results while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnostic Testing: Conduct various laboratory tests and analyze results with high precision.
Specimen Management: Ensure accurate specimen handling, processing, and storage according to established protocols.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain laboratory equipment in good working order and adhere to quality standards.
Documentation: Meticulously document and report laboratory findings to relevant clinical staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Licensing: Must possess a valid KMLTTB (Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board) practicing license.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a laboratory setting.
