Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic laboratory tests and procedures to assist in medical diagnosis and treatment.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of lab results through meticulous testing and documentation.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, including quality control standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
Passion for patient care and clinical excellence.
A strong focus on operational excellence and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
