Job Description

MGA Schools is a leading institution in the education sector dedicated to providing a solid foundation for children through holistic education. We aim to teach students how to unlock their God-given potential through our four pillars: Academic Excellence, Character Formation, and more. We are looking for a committed team player to join us as a teacher for Kiswahili, Science, and Pre-Technical subjects in our Junior School.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality instruction in Kiswahili, Science, and Pre-Technical subjects to Junior School students.

Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment that aligns with the school's pillars of academic and character growth.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing necessary feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.

Participate in school-wide activities and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the holistic learning experience for all students.

Requirements and Qualifications

Must possess a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field of education or specialized subject matter.
Proven competency or experience in teaching Kiswahili, Science, and Pre-Technical subjects at the Junior School level.
A strong commitment to holistic education and character formation.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
