Job Purpose
The Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for planning and teaching in the kindergarten class (serving children aged 1 to 6 years), creating a stimulating learning environment according to the Waldorf Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for planning and teaching in the kindergarten (1 to 6 years).
Creating a stimulating learning environment according to the Waldorf Curriculum.
Cultivate a supportive classroom environment that fosters community spirit, social responsibility, self-discipline, and order.
Maintain open and professional communication with parents and school administration.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualification Degree in Early Childhood Education.
TSC (Teachers Service Commission) registration is mandatory.
Waldorf Education training or experience is an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence, creativity, proactiveness, effectiveness, clarity, and coherence in communication.
