Role Overview
The Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for planning and teaching in the kindergarten section, catering to children between the ages of 1 and 6 years. The role involves creating a stimulating learning environment aligned with the Waldorf Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver lessons for children in the kindergarten section (ages 1 to 6 years).
Create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment according to the Waldorf Curriculum.
Foster the holistic development of students, focusing on social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Manage classroom dynamics with self-discipline and order.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
Certification: Valid registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is mandatory.
Skills: Confidence, creativity, proactiveness, and effectiveness in teaching.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clarity and coherence in all interactions.
Preferred: Knowledge or experience in Waldorf Education is considered an added advantage.
