Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is a global management consulting firm dedicated to helping clients achieve significant improvements in business performance. We are seeking a dedicated Key Accounts Executive to join our team in Kisii. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual agreements, and identifying new business opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, manage operational risks, and maintain the financial performance of the accounts under your purview.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication: Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints through multiple channels (phone, email, physical visits, chat, etc.).
Issue Resolution: Provide accurate and timely guidance to resolve customer issues regarding product info, pricing, orders, billing, and returns.
SLA Compliance: Ensure services are delivered as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and within contracted pricing.
Escalation Management: Follow established protocols to handle complex inquiries and resolve disputes according to B2B contract provisions.
Administrative Support: Provide support for requisitions, payrolls, and recruitment to ensure project stakeholders are facilitated for timely service delivery.
Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical support teams to address customer needs promptly.
Business Development: Negotiate with clients on new business opportunities and proactively manage operational risks.
Financial Oversight: Maintain overall responsibility for the financial performance of assigned accounts.
Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate project reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Professional Development: Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry developments, including EHS standards in manufacturing.
Requirements
Education: A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Customer/International Relations, Engineering, or a business-related course.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar or closely related role.
Sector Knowledge: Proven experience in office administration or customer service, ideally within a medium to large production, processing, or manufacturing company.
EHS Standards: Working knowledge of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) in the manufacturing industry.
Skills: Strong people management, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Aptitude: Analytical problem-solver with a keen interest in numbers and high attention to detail.
Tools: Proficiency in standard office software.
