St. Philip Neri Primary School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Junior School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to learner development, possess strong classroom management skills, and have the capability to effectively implement the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
Manage the classroom environment effectively to facilitate learning and positive student development.
Support and participate actively in co-curricular activities.
Perform boarding duties and supervise students if appointed to a boarding role.
Maintain excellent communication and collaboration with parents, staff, and the school administration.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Degree in Education.
Experience: 3+ years of active teaching experience.
Added Advantage: Experience as a Boarding Master.
Added Advantage: Active involvement in co-curricular activities.
Passionate about teaching and child development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to the school's vision and core values.
