Job Description
Role Overview
The Junior HR Analyst at GardaWorld International Protective Services supports HR operational decision-making through accurate data analysis, reporting, workforce metrics tracking, and process monitoring. The role is responsible for maintaining HR data integrity, generating insights, supporting compliance requirements, and assisting in workforce planning within a security services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Collect, validate, and maintain HR and workforce data including headcount, attendance, scheduling, turnover, and deployment records.
Reporting: Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports on HR and operational metrics.
Workforce Optimization: Monitor workforce utilization and support staffing optimization activities.
Recruitment Tracking: Track recruitment metrics such as vacancies, time-to-fill, onboarding progress, and attrition trends.
Compliance Support: Support compliance monitoring related to statutory requirements, licensing, certifications, and internal HR policies.
Systems Maintenance: Maintain HR information systems and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
Auditing: Assist in payroll audits, documentation reviews, and record verification exercises.
Quality Control: Identify inconsistencies or anomalies in HR data and escalate for corrective action.
Process Improvement: Support process improvement initiatives within HR and operational workflows.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with operations teams to ensure workforce data aligns with deployment plans and contractual obligations.

Authority and Accountability
Authority is as per the GardaWorld authority matrix.
The Junior HR Analyst is accountable to the HR Business Analyst for the responsibilities stated. Performance is monitored through mid-year and annual reviews against specific KPIs.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Up to two (2) years of relevant experience in HR, data analysis, administration, or operations support is desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools; basic understanding of HR information systems.
Knowledge: Understanding of data analysis principles and reporting methods.
Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, planning, and organization.
