Jr. AI Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models for business use cases
• Support data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset preparation
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions
• Help build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines, including model training, testing, and deployment
• Integrate AI models into applications using APIs and microservices
• Monitor model performance and contribute to optimization and improvements
• Document processes, models, and workflows for internal use
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies

Requirements

Education & Background

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong academic foundation in mathematics, statistics, or data science is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python (preferred), R, or Java
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Understanding of core ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles
• Exposure to APIs, data pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in AI, machine learning, or data science
• Exposure to areas such as NLP, computer vision, or generative AI
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Git, Docker, or basic MLOps practices
• Participation in hackathons, open-source contributions, or research projects
