Role Description
We are looking for an IT Support Officer to oversee and manage IT technical support, infrastructure, and end-user assistance across our offices and field sites.
Summary of Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years relevant work experience in a busy IT department.
A committed born-again Christian whose lifestyle reflects Christian values and principles.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
Willingness to travel to field offices and provide technical support as necessary.
Ability to adapt to cultural and educational diversity in the workplace.
Excellent time management, organization, presentation, and teamwork skills.
