About the Role

Momentum Credit is seeking an IT Administrator to manage the organization's network and internet security, administer IT systems and infrastructure, and provide crucial user and helpdesk support. This role ensures the protection of company data and systems while monitoring IT assets and service providers to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Network & Security Management: Manage network and Internet security to protect company data and systems.
Infrastructure Administration: Administer IT systems and infrastructure effectively.
User Support: Provide user and helpdesk support to resolve technical issues.
Access Control: Manage system access and user accounts.
Monitoring: Monitor IT assets, systems, and service providers.

Job Requirements

Experience: 3 years of experience in a support and IT administration role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Cisco Networking, or Internet Security certification.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows applications and operating systems.
